Tranaxen

tranaxen

Order — from offer to close.

Real estate runs on email. Tranaxen reads the mail you already get, works out which property it belongs to, and keeps every deal's messages, dates, contacts and documents together, without you forwarding, tagging or retyping a thing.

In private beta

Free during the beta. No card, no contract.

What it does

Your inbox, already organized

Every transaction is a mess of threads from the co-op agent, the lender, title, the inspector. Tranaxen gathers them into one place per property, as they arrive.

Mail that files itself

Mention a property address and that email lands on the right deal automatically, and gets a matching label in Gmail or folder in Outlook, so your inbox is tidy whether or not you ever open Tranaxen.

Nothing filed behind your back

Anything we're unsure about waits in a queue for you to confirm or dismiss. Documents are never saved to your storage until you pick them. A wrong guess is worse than no guess.

Deadlines that keep themselves

Build a milestone schedule once and apply it to every deal. Set the closing date and the rest fall into place, weekends excluded if you want. Dates found in email are added marked "From email", hidden from your client until you share them.

A page your client can actually use

Share a clean, read-only timeline of the transaction: milestones and the documents you choose. No login for them, and you control exactly what's visible.

Files where you already keep them

Each deal gets its own folder in your Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox, named after the property and renamed automatically if the deal is. Your files stay yours, in your account, not ours.

The people, pulled from the thread

Co-op agent, lender, title, inspector: found in the messages themselves and added with one click, so you're not rebuilding a contact list per transaction.

Works with

Whatever you already use

Your mailbox and your storage are separate choices. Read mail in Outlook and keep files in Drive if that's how you work. Connecting one never forces the other.

Places are limited while it's still early, and we'd rather onboard a handful of agents properly than a hundred badly. Tell us a bit about how you work.
